4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

8 slices of crispy bacon

2 cups fresh baby spinach

1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 cup mayonnaise (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Prepare the Avocado Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, scoop out the flesh of the avocados and mash it gently with a fork until creamy, leaving a few small chunks for texture. Stir in the lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Set this mixture aside to allow the flavors to meld.

    Cook the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the bacon slices in the pan and cook them until they are crispy and golden brown, usually about 4-5 minutes per side. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess grease.

      Prepare the Tortillas: If you prefer your wraps warm, heat a dry skillet over medium heat. Place each tortilla in the skillet for about 10-15 seconds on each side, just until they are soft and pliable.

        Assemble the Wraps: If you wish to use mayonnaise, spread a thin layer on each tortilla for added creaminess. Next, generously spread the mashed avocado mixture across the center of each tortilla.

          Layer the Ingredients: On top of the avocado, layer the crispy bacon, followed by a handful of fresh baby spinach, and then add the thinly sliced tomato. For an extra kick, sprinkle garlic powder over the layered ingredients if desired.
