2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped

1 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk (or substitute with cream for a richer texture)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried basil (optional)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for finishing)

Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or a drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Broccoli: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the chopped broccoli florets and blanch them for about 3 minutes until they turn bright green and are tender-crisp. After blanching, drain the broccoli and immediately immerse it in a bowl of ice water to halt the cooking process. Once cooled, drain again and set the broccoli aside.
