2 cups rotini or fusilli pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced into bite-sized pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced into small cubes

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced lengthwise

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled for easy incorporation

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped finely

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped coarsely

1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

Juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
