2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

    Prepare the Flatbread: For those using a store-bought flatbread, simply place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you have opted for pizza dough, stretch it into an even rectangle or circle, ensuring it’s not too thick.

      Add Olive Oil: With a pastry brush, generously coat the surface of your flatbread or rolled-out dough with extra virgin olive oil. This step assists in achieving a delightful crispiness.
