2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Zest of 1 large lemon

1 tablespoon honey (adjust more or less depending on desired sweetness)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Pinch of salt and freshly cracked black pepper

1 cup mixed greens (such as spinach, arugula, and lettuce)

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Optional: Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Use a whisk or fork to ensure the mixture is smooth and creamy, with no lumps remaining.

    Place the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean, dry countertop or cutting board. Spread a generous layer of the lemon cream mixture evenly across each tortilla, making sure to leave about an inch of space along the edges to prevent spillage when rolling.

      Evenly distribute the cooked shredded chicken or chickpeas along the center of each tortilla in a line, ensuring you leave enough space on both ends to roll them up.
