2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust according to desired spice level)

½ teaspoon fine sea salt

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
