1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cucumber, diced

½ red bell pepper, diced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

½ avocado, sliced

¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

¼ cup tahini dressing (or your favorite vinaigrette)
