1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for enhanced crunch)

1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Olive oil spray or non-stick cooking spray

Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper, which will facilitate easy cleanup and prevent sticking.

    Set Up the Breading Stations:

      - In a shallow dish, pour in the all-purpose flour. This will be your first station.

        - In a separate shallow dish, crack the two eggs and whisk them vigorously until they are fully combined and frothy. This will be your second station.

          - In a third shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, finely grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Mix these ingredients until they are homogeneously blended.

              - Take each trimmed green bean and first coat it in the all-purpose flour, gently shaking it to remove any excess.
