1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 ripe avocado, diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 cup lettuce (romaine or mixed greens), chopped

1/2 cup vegan cheese shreds (optional)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste
