Prepare the Bananas: Start by peeling the ripe bananas and placing them in a large mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the bananas until they reach a smooth consistency with a few small chunky pieces for added texture.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a separate medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Stir the mixture thoroughly until all the ingredients are nicely blended together.
