2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

10 Oreo cookies, crushed (reserve a few for topping)

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

A pinch of salt

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth and well blended.

    Carefully fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, ensuring that some larger pieces remain for added texture and crunch.

      Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper. Make sure the edges of the paper extend over the sides of the dish for easy removal later.

        Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined baking dish, spreading it into an even layer with a spatula.
