Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), coarsely chopped

1/2 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and creamy, ensuring all ingredients are blended well.

Add the coarsely chopped mixed nuts, granola, shredded coconut (if using), mini chocolate chips (if using), and a pinch of sea salt to the yogurt mixture. Gently stir until all the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt.

Prepare a baking dish (approximately 9x9 inches) by lining it with parchment paper, allowing a slight overhang on the sides to facilitate easy removal later.

Carefully pour the yogurt mixture into the lined baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, aiming for a thickness of about 1/2 inch.

Place the baking dish in the freezer and allow it to freeze for approximately 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt is completely solid.

Once fully frozen, take the dish out of the freezer and use the parchment paper overhang to lift the entire slab of frozen yogurt out of the dish.

Transfer the slab to a cutting board and slice it into wedges or bars using a sharp knife for clean edges.

Serve the frozen yogurt wedges immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month.

Prep Time, Total Time, Servings: 15 minutes | 6 hours (freezing) | Yields 12 wedges

                    - Presentation Tips: Arrange the wedges on a serving platter and garnish with extra nuts, granola, or a sprinkle of shredded coconut for an attractive and delectable display.
