Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, your choice of honey or maple syrup, and the vanilla extract. Use a spatula or whisk to stir the mixture until it is completely smooth and the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Prepare the Crunch Mixture: In a separate medium-sized bowl, combine the finely chopped pistachios, almond flour, shredded coconut, sea salt, and ground cinnamon (if you choose to use it). Mix thoroughly with a spoon until all the dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
