2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

4 large romaine lettuce leaves

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing (either store-bought or homemade)

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas

Optional: croutons for an added crunch

Marinate the Chicken: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn them to ensure they are evenly coated with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes; for deeper flavor, refrigerate and marinate for up to 4 hours.

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken breasts and grill them for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side. The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). After grilling, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest on a cutting board for about 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

      Prepare the Salad: While the chicken is resting, wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce leaves. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, Caesar dressing, and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Gently toss the ingredients together until the tomatoes are well coated with the dressing.

        Assemble the Wraps: Place a tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Begin by laying a romaine lettuce leaf in the center of the tortilla, followed by a generous serving of the salad mixture.
