2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

4 cups arugula or mixed salad greens

8 ounces creamy burrata cheese

1/4 cup roasted pistachios, coarsely chopped

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly torn

1 tablespoon aged balsamic vinegar

1 teaspoon honey (optional for sweetness)

Preheat the Grill: Start by heating your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. A properly heated grill ensures those beautiful marks and enhances the flavor.
