3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional for extra zest)
