Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup sliced almonds

1/2 cup diced fresh fruit (such as apples or bananas)

A pinch of salt

Optional toppings: additional maple syrup, extra sliced almonds, or fresh berries

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Ensure the oats are fully submerged in the liquid to allow for even soaking.

Gently fold half of the sliced almonds and diced fresh fruit into the oat mixture, preserving some for later topping.

Distribute the oat mixture evenly into two airtight containers or jars, making sure to leave some room at the top for the oats to expand as they soak.

Sprinkle the remaining sliced almonds and your choice of additional fruit on top of each jar. If desired, drizzle a bit more maple syrup over the toppings for added sweetness.

Seal the jars tightly and place them in the refrigerator overnight (or for a minimum of 4 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the flavors and soften.

When ready to enjoy in the morning, give the oats a good stir. For a creamier texture, add a splash more almond milk before serving.
