6 slices of bacon

4 large eggs

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup salsa (choose between mild or spicy)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro

Cook the Bacon:

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until they are golden and crispy, approximately 6 to 8 minutes. Once cooked, transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease. Let a small amount of bacon fat remain in the skillet for the next step.

      Scramble the Eggs:

        In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, adding a pinch of salt and black pepper for seasoning. Pour the egg mixture into the same skillet with the retained bacon fat over medium-low heat. Gently stir the eggs as they cook, allowing them to fluff and set, which should take about 3 to 4 minutes. Once cooked to your preferred consistency, remove the skillet from the heat.

          Warm the Tortillas:
