1 block (14 oz) firm tofu, drained and pressed

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, separated into individual leaves

1/2 cup diced celery

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (for serving, optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tofu: Begin by cutting the pressed tofu into small cubes, aiming for approximately 1-inch pieces. Use a clean kitchen towel to pat the tofu cubes dry, absorbing any excess moisture for better crispiness during baking.

    Season the Tofu: In a large mixing bowl, combine the tofu cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Gently toss the mixture to make sure that every piece of tofu is evenly coated in the seasoning blend.
