4 whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach or arugula

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)

Prepare the Spicy Ranch Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing and sriracha sauce. Adjust the amount of sriracha to reach your desired spiciness. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk well to create a smooth blend and set aside for later.
