Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even cooking.
Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about a tablespoon of the spinach and artichoke mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with a little water. Fold the wonton diagonally to create a triangle, pressing the edges to seal tightly. Alternatively, you can also fold the corners of the triangle towards the top to create a pouch.
Lightly spray each wonton bite with cooking spray or brush with olive oil for added crispiness.
Arrange the filled wontons in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not overcrowded; you may need to work in batches.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the wonton bites are golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
Once done, remove the dip bites from the air fryer and let them cool for a minute before serving.
Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch dressing.
