2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 teaspoons sesame oil

1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for frying)

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), sliced into strips

1 cup broccoli florets

1 medium carrot, julienned

1 cup snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece of ginger, grated

1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (slurry)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate for at least 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
