Ingredients

4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1/2 cup fresh mint leaves

1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (about 2 limes)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1 cup coconut water or sparkling water

Extra mint leaves for garnish

Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven't already, cut the seedless watermelon into bite-sized cubes and spread them out on a baking sheet. Freeze the cubes for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best slushy texture.

Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add the frozen watermelon cubes, fresh mint leaves, freshly squeezed lime juice, honey or agave syrup, and coconut water or sparkling water.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend the mixture on high speed until it reaches a smooth and slushy consistency. If the slush appears too thick to blend effectively, gradually add a little more coconut or sparkling water until your desired consistency is achieved.

Taste and Adjust: Taste your watermelon mint slush and adjust the sweetness according to your preference. If it needs more sweetness, add additional honey or agave syrup, and blend for a few more seconds to incorporate.

Serve the Slush: Pour the slush into chilled glasses for a refreshing experience. Decorate each glass with extra mint leaves placed on top, and add a lime wedge to the rim for a vibrant finish.

Enjoy Your Creation: Serve immediately with a straw or spoon, and savor your invigorating watermelon mint slush!
